Extra Care Referral

In order to complete the application for Extra Care we require you to be registered with Property Pool Plus so that you can be awarded a Housing Band. You can apply for Property Pool Plus via: https://www.propertypoolplus.org.uk/Home. If you do not have a Housing Band from Property Pool Plus, you would not be able to proceed with your Extra Care application; once you have received the Housing Band from Property Pool Plus you can apply for Extra Care in Knowsley.
